I am a licensed clinical social worker in Illinois with experience working primarily as a substance abuse and mental health counselor. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, substance use, trauma, and more. I have also helped many people who have experienced impacts to their daily functioning related to substance abuse and process addiction.
My counseling style is empathetic and caring. I believe in treating anyone with dignity and using a non-judgmental approach to establish trust with my clients. I use a combination of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and solution focused therapy to help you reach your goals. I will customize our conversations and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs at your pace.
