I specialize in anxiety, trauma, grief, and life transitions and draw upon theoretical orientations including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, Structural Family Therapy, and mindfulness to help you achieve your goals. Over the course of therapy, it is my goal to help you find purpose, meaning, and fulfillment in life despite the obstacles that you may be facing.
