About me

Hi, I’m a qualified and BACP-registered counsellor with a First-Class Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Therapeutic Counselling. I have over 3 years of professional experience, and I currently work with a charity supporting individuals affected by cancer.

I have supported clients through a wide range of emotional challenges, including stress, anxiety, relationship issues, family conflict, addiction, and intimacy-related concerns.

My approach is grounded in person-centred therapy, which means I focus on creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and accepted. I believe that you are the expert in your own life, and I’m here to support you in finding your own answers and building emotional resilience at your own pace.

I offer a warm, compassionate, and collaborative style of counselling. Our work together will be tailored to your unique needs, values, and goals.

Reaching out for support can feel difficult, but you’ve already taken a big step by being here. I’m here to support you every step of the way on your therapeutic journey.
