I am a highly experienced therapist with over eight years experience of working with a range of life challenges, including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, self harm, loss and bereavement, trauma, OCD, ADHD, etc. I work with adults, young people and children from a broad range of backgrounds and cultures.
My therapy style is warm, respectful and caring. I treat everyone with compassion and provide a non-judgmental and safe space for each person to explore whatever they need to. I always seek to tailor therapy sessions to each individuals requirements. My approach includes cognitive-behavioral, humanistic and client- centered therapy.
