About me

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in North Carolina with over 10 years of experience in counseling. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, relationship issues, parenting problems, life transition challenges, loss and grief, trauma and abuse as well as work and employment concerns, stress and anxiety related concerns. My goal is to help each person work through the concerns that they are facing and to empower them to make healthy choices.

My counseling style is person-centered and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach combines aspects of cognitive-behavioral therapy as well as mindfulness in therapy. I will endeavor to utilize techniques that are beneficial to the needs being presenting.

I know that at times life can be challenging and sometimes it can be frustrating and even scary to have to reach out for support. I appreciate you making the steps to seek help.
