I’m so glad I was matched with Colleen! I leave each session feeling better after talking with her, and with new skills and prompts to work on. She genuinely cares about working with me to take steps each week to improve in all areas of my life or anything I want to focus on, and I know I can reach out at any time if I feel like it and she’ll be there. She’s an absolute delight and makes therapy comfortable and well worth it!

I think my therapist is doing well with trying to get to the root of all my issues from past relationships, parenting issues, and childhood issues that I may have experienced and it's just the beginning so it's still a long way to go.
