Colton has been an amazing therapist! He pays keen attention to what I'm saying and helps me label my problems and define what exactly is bothering me. He has helped me effectively identify my triggers and be patient with myself and my circumstances. He also helped understand my limitations and how to draw boundaries and the importance of saying no. I have benefited immensely from having him as my therapist.

Despite me unloading all my trauma onto him in our first session. Colton has been very gentle, attentive, and insightful about what I am currently dealing with and has provided substantial resources to the things I’ve been dealing with. Thank you Colton for reaching out to me.
