Connie Mallory, LPC
About me
Hi, I'm so glad you are visiting my page! My name is Connie and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas. I entered into this profession because I truly believe in the hope and growth that therapy can provide; congratulations on starting, or continuing your journey!
In my career I have worked in numerous settings and with ages throughout the lifespan. With over 20 years of experience I have worked with clients with a variety of concerns including life transitions, relationship challenges, ineffective behavioral patterns, family conflicts, grief & loss, life crisis, adoption issues, anxiety and depression, sexuality, self esteem and more.
The methods that guide my practice are a combination of cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, person centered and motivational therapies. Above all else, I have found that the therapeutic relationship between therapist and client is essential and is the foundation of the counseling experience. It is important to me that my therapy is genuine, nonjudgmental, and supportive. We will work together to to let go of unhealthy life baggage and behaviors, and move toward a place of balance and health. I would consider it a privilege to work with you!
