About me

Greetings and salutations. My style is inquisitive, direct, interactive, and eclectic-which means I believe in treating everyone with respect, dignity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing or labeling. I provide an environment of genuineness, honesty, trust, and spontaneity.

This experience is unique for each person and the essence of who I am is centered on helping others learn to be F.R.E.E by changing their way of thinking so that they can become self-aware and more of their authentic self. I teach people how to see the glass as REFILLABLE with endless possibilities, instead of half full or half empty. Society’s conditioning says do what everybody else is doing.... but why not do what helps YOU feel free AND be okay with it?

If you are ready to challenge yourself, I am here to support and empower you. Allow me to take you on a journey through your mind-- It takes a lot of courage to take the first step towards change. But I believe in you, and I look forward to working with you!

Gratefully,

Connie

Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Connie Aye. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

My life and self confidence has changed drastically since working with Connie. She was able to walk me through my thoughts, habits and behaviors to help me discover why I do and feel certain things and how to look at myself and circumstances differently to better help myself.

I had never done therapy before and when we started I was feeling very low. Come to a year later, I feel so so much better and now have a tool kit to help me feel better even when I do feel myself not feeling so great. She has given me so many ah-ha moments. I love her way of communicating, her understanding and support.

Connie has truly truly helped me help myself. I am so grateful.

Connie was a great person to talk to. I found out so much about myself-things I was unaware of through her sessions. She gets to the root of the issues. She also has very good resources that has helped me on my journey. I literally cried after my last session because there were so many things about myself that I was unaware of. Since this revelation, I can honestly move forward in developing great relationships with others. Thanks greatly Connie!

I've never talked to a therapist and I was super nervous. I hate crying in front of people but Connie has made this journey so easy and she guides me to places I don't even think about and I love that. She's professional and helpful to talk with. She always seems to find the perfect resources for me to use while we aren't in session too! 10/10 would recommend!

Connie is amazing to work with. She really listens and digs to get to the bottom of things, which I personally need. I’m so grateful that I found her.
