I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in Minnesota with over 20 years of experience working with adults and geriatric clients in several diverse settings promoting a holistic approach to counseling by addressing your emotional, physical, mental, and social needs. I approach therapy with a variety of therapeutic techniques including cognitive -behavioral, solution focused, psychoeducation, mindfulness, trauma-informed, and more. I promote growth by offering a safe, accepting atmosphere so that you can feel heard, validated, empowered.
