Constance has been such a big help for me in both my personal and professional life. She makes me feel seen and heard and important. She has helped me deal with my rollercoaster of emotions and navigate all of the stressors that life has thrown at me and has given me so many tools to cope with my anxiety. My communication skills are greatly improving and I have felt that my anxiety has been a lot more under control thanks to her.

I’m grateful I found Connie! It’s hard to find therapists that aren’t religious in my area. Her relatability and insight is valuable. She’s grounded, realistic, and kind.
