Focusing on the client through a strength-based approach and building resilience is key in obtaining a therapeutic relationship and striving for successfully outcome. My professional experience includes working with adults with minor to severe mental illness, grief and loss, survivors of traumatic experiences, individuals with major medical conditions, suicidal ideations, domestic violence, child abuse and substance misuse. Constance had a very pleasant way of being matter-of-fact and honest, while also showing she cares. Very grateful for her.

Though I’ve only had a couple of weeks of therapy with Constance, I already feel comfortable talking with her. She got a very calming presence and directs the conversation naturally yet with purpose. I feel listened to and respected - which was not the experience I have had previously with other therapists in the past.
