About Me

I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida and a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in Ohio with six years experience. I enjoy working with adults, adolescents, and children both in individual and group settings. I also have experience working with families. Some clinical issues I have the most experience with include depression, anxiety, ADHD, physical trauma and emotional abuse.

Establishing a therapeutic relationship through unconditional positive regard, compassion, active listening and respect is the main focus in my treatment. I focus on meeting my clients where they are at and am there to guide them to where they want to go. To ensure the best possible therapeutic experience I encourage open communication when it comes to therapeutic interventions as I will tailor treatment goals to your specific needs. My counseling style includes strength-based, cognitive-behavioral, and solution-focused approaches to help individuals reach their therapeutic goals. Identifying strengths and coping skills is often a part of the process with my clients.

It takes courage to make changes and I look forward to working with you!
