About me

I have been a Social Worker for 10+ years, and I enjoy seeing my clients succeed in their lives. I understand that it may be difficult to reach out for help in the trying times; but I am here to help guide you through the tough times and get back on track. I have worked extensively with individuals with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and a range of other mood disorders. I have also helped individuals with emotional, sexual and physical abuse and trauma. One of the biggest things I would like to address with my clients is the fact that they deserve to heal in order to have the life they wish to have.

My approach is very relaxing and calm as I would like to build a rapport with my clients and also build an environment in which my clients feel comfortable to share. I treat my clients with the utmost respect and dignity. I often use a Cognitive Behavioral Therapeutic approach with my clients in order to help with changing negative thinking patterns, and negative habits. I also encourage healthy forms of communications to help empower my clients.

The courage to heal and become a better you takes both strength and vulnerability. I am here to encourage, empower and support you on your healing journey.

I look forward to assisting you on your journey!
