About me

Seeing a therapist doesn't mean something is wrong - it can be simple: sit with a stranger, be heard and gain insight. It is a wonderful tool to understand our beliefs and figure out if they are useful or holding us back. As a therapist I draw on a multitude of approaches but my style is eclectic and always tailored to clients' specific needs. Using this method my clients have experienced many positive outcomes. Oftentimes they achieve deeper connections with people, better work performance and increased job satisfaction.
I am committed to providing an environment where I listen carefully and where you are safe and free from judgment. My goal is to help you make sense of your experiences, increase your self-awareness and assist you in confidently experimenting with new ways of living.
I have over 10 years of clinical experience and my practice interests include: mood regulation, anxiety, PTSD, addiction, LGBTQI, career challenges, relationship difficulties and intimacy. I hold my Masters degree in Social Work from Simmons College and completed advanced clinical training from the Institute of Contemporary Psychotherapy in New York.

Cory brought me from one of my most confusing, overwhelming and emotionally training turning points in my life to complete peace. I was at a turning point and I needed help. BetterHelp paired me up with Cory. I've never seen a therapist before and Cory always makes me feel like a priority despite having other patients and clients. He's a repository of insight and the expert I turn to whenever I need help.
