She is very sweet and respectful, always asks questions and seems genuinely interested in what I have to say. She has a very calm approach to conversation and it doesn't feel forced or "robotic."

I have had two sessions with Courtney and it feels right. She is warm, encouraging, attentive and truly makes me feel heard. She is willing to think outside the box to help me along my therapy journey. She actually took the time to meet with my spouse (just the two of them) to gain their perspective on the issues I am struggling with. I thought it would be helpful to have my spouse's perspective because my struggles are affecting myself, my spouse and the happiness we both want in one another. She is responsive as I drop notes/messages throughout the week. Sometimes my notes are just items/issues that we should discuss in our next session and other notes are me in turmoil. She responds as she feels necessary to interject good and encouragement in my spirals. Third session is scheduled and I look forward to working with Courtney to understand, acknowledge and work through my inner struggles and issues. Thanks Courtney.

I haven’t been with Courtney too long, but just the little bit of time that I have been with her, she’s been a breath of fresh air. She sends me mid week check ins and just validates my feelings- Highly recommend!

One of the best therapists I have ever had. She gives me space to be myself and learn more and more about myself

She’s an understanding and thoughtful woman who knows that things people go through might not always be as easy as they let on. The fact that some people go through matters that are similar, while also being their own and thus completely different, helps give some insight and perspective, and without trying to repeat myself too much, understanding of things I go through myself.
