About Me

Welcome! Every one of us deserves to live our best life. In this hectic world, we all have times when we feel stuck or hopeless. We lose focus in our pursuit of greater alignment and connection. I am here to help guide you through the process of self-discovery and healing. Together, we can release old trauma, process current emotional distress, and create greater joy and meaning. Your path is unique, which is why I work collaboratively with all my clients, developing a plan of action that pays respect and homage to each individual’s sacred journey. During my years as a counselor, I have utilized techniques from a range of sources such as mindfulness-based stress reduction, emotional freedom therapy, solution-focused therapy, and positive psychology. I am also versed in cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy. Whatever you need, we will find a way to access immense growth!
I hold a master's in counseling from the University of the Cumberlands and am a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) in the state of Indiana. During my professional career, I have worked with individuals of all ages and stages. I focus very seriously on maintaining appropriate continuing education including enrichment in multicultural counseling, LBGTQ+ issues, social justice, and ethical practices. I look forward to getting to know you and watching you achieve your dreams!

Courtney was immediately helpful and responsive. I feel she listens to me, and even understands things unsaid. Her thoughtful, insightful, intelligent messages give me so much validation and the techniques she's teaching me are already helping to manage my anxiety. Five stars, 10/10, many thanks!

Courtney is amazing. I've enjoyed discussing my thoughts, feelings, and emotions with her. She challenges me to see past my current thoughts and dig a little deeper, which is exactly what I need.

I thought that the communication would be mostly on me but she checks in with me! And consistently too. Just makes me feel like I'm not just some account - I'm a person and she cares about all of crap haha
