I am a family and individual therapist with about 5 years of experience in a wide set of environments and with varying diagnosis. I have experience in assessments, LGBTQ+ friendly counseling, adult individual counseling, group counseling, grief counseling, career counseling, youth counseling, and crisis intervention. I believe that everyone has a purpose in life and understand how difficult and anxiety provoking making the step to choose yourself and allow yourself a chance of understanding and happiness can be. I am here to help you learn to understand your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors better so you can enjoy today instead of living in the past or worried about the future. I do mainly work with cognitive-behavioral therapy, but also utilize an eclectic approach when I see that other ideas and approaches can best help you. You will be respected and welcomed just the way you are, this is a no-judgment zone! I hope I have the opportunity to help you feel like yourself again!

Courtney is actually the second therapist I have through better health and it's been a much different experience for me after getting paired. She truly listens to me and from our first session I felt I could open up to her and be vulnerable about certain topics. She also offers great ideas around cognitive behavior change I've found helpful. Definitely recommend!
She listens and understands. She also gives you advice and comfort for issues and help for then. Shes the best therapist I have ever had
I could not ask for a better therapist, Courtney is absolutely fantastic. I wasn’t sure how much I would like online therapy or how well BetterHelp would match me with a therapist, but in my first conversation with Courtney I knew she was the perfect therapist for me. In our first few weeks I would find myself having tough times and as soon as I finished my session with her, I would immediately feel better. She listens without judgement, validates my experiences, and guides me to have a healthier mindset and inner voice. I am so happy that I took the step to enroll in therapy during a time I needed it most and that I was lucky enough to get matched with a therapist as amazing as her. I cannot recommend her enough!
I feel like I'm heard.
