About me

I am licensed in Michigan with 6 years of professional work experience. Since getting my MSW from Ferris State University in 2018, I have worked at Community Mental Health, as well as a school and medical family practice providing short-term and long-term therapy. I help clients manage mood disorders, stress, anxiety, trauma, and/or abuse. I take a skills-based approach with treatment, so I focus on providing practical tools to help each client access fulfillment and peace. These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Covita Ankney. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

Covita validates me and my feelings. Sometimes she connects more dots than I do and let's me know what is happening when I'm so confused I can't stand it. She knows just what to say and offer me to consider.
