I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Illinois with over 25 years of service in multiple capacities. I have worked with individuals with a wide range of concerns including depression, bipolar, anxiety, and substance use. I also helped people who have experienced trauma.

As a mental health professional I thrive to empower individuals to, gain clarity, increase confidence, and become energized about their decisions. I inspire individuals and families to transform “stuck” patterns and become guardians of their future.

As a proven leader in mental health , I consistently forge strong collaborations, community engagement and a commitment to individuals personal life choices. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, motivational, and mindfulness therapies. It is of utmost importance that individuals have a voice and choice in their care, therefore treatment planning must meet your unique and specific needs.
