Craig Caspari, LMFT, LIMHP
About me
The key to effective therapy is the relationship between the client and the therapist. I strive to build an effective therapeutic relationship by building a safe and trusting environment that allows for open communication. I do this by creating a non-judgmental environment, in which people can work toward creating preferred changes in their lives.
I am a Marriage and Family Therapist by training and am experienced in providing therapy for individuals, couples, and families. Among my areas of specialization are the treatment of couple relationship difficulties, parent-child relationship difficulties, and grief and bereavement. I also have experience working with trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and end-of-life issues.
I earned my Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Saint Louis University, and hold independent licenses in Nebraska and Iowa. I have experience working in private practice, community mental health, primary care family medicine, readjustment counseling services with the VA, and hospice care.

Reviews
These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Craig Caspari. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.
From the beginning Craig allowed me to choose how to communicate with each other. My comfort and life demand. He has also given me perspectives to read and think about. Good reflective questions. I feel safe and comfortable that I am heading toward a goal of happiness.
