About Me

I am a licensed clinical social work with over 10 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, families, and couples with a wide range of mental health related issues. I have been through life experiences myself that I feel help me relate well to my clients needs.

I work from a humanistic and cognitive behavioral approach and I am warm and sensitive to the needs of my clients and treat everyone as the most important client I have. I have been quite successful over the years in helping my clients meet their therapeutic goals and live a better life after their treatment with me is finished.

I understand it can be difficult to seek help initially but I also know how rewarding and beneficial it can be once the process begins and you see the changes in your life taking place

I am here and ready to help you take that step forward

Craig was a tremendous help during my problems with my wife and separation. I was skeptical of online therapy, at first, but he made a believer out of me.

Craig has helped me more in the past few months than any counseling I have had. Unfortunately I have had many occasions to seek help. Domestic violence, incest, rape, etc. Yes, I am very lucky to be alive & luckier that I want to live & continue to strive. Craig has pulled a lifetime of horror out into the open. I have never shared these things with anyone ever. He has helped me process so much & reminds me to take care of me. He’s always there & can sense when I need extra encouragement. He listens & doesn’t judge. I feel bad sometimes dumping so much stuff on him but he’s always patient & understanding & encourages me to get it out. I must say I feel cleaner & happier. Thanks Craig :)

I really was a bit skeptical to sign up with "online" counseling. However, it seems to work great with the ability to schedule around my busy life of kids and work. That was part of the problem with attending counseling before was the drive there and back to a counselor's office and then an hour appt.,.... so it ended up taking up 3 hrs a day. Now I'm able to drop kids off to school and from the comfort of my home have a counseling session even as early as 7:30 a.m. Also, I was able to request a male counselor which I thought was helpful to give better insight into understahding my husband. I really like my counselor and thrilled with the entire process. I would recommend this to anyone that seems to have a busy schedule but, really would benefit from regular counseling sessions. Craig has already helped and has wonderful recommendations.
