I have 8 years of experience providing therapy to those that are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma and PTSD, substance abuse, self-esteem issues, and relationship issues.
My therapy style is warm and interactive. I will listen without judgement and I treat each of my clients with fairness and respect. I do not believe in labels as they are stigmatizing and hurtful. Each person is different and therefore my approach is different varying on the needs of my client.
