Here is a little bit about myself and my background. My name is Crystal Manney, and I am a professional counselor licensed in the state of Texas. I have over 13 years experience as both a school counselor and private-practice counselor. My counseling style is warm, non-judgmental, and puts you in control of your progress and wellness with me as your guide and support. I have experience in a variety of areas including anxiety, depression, relationship/family struggles, life transitions, and finding motivation and purpose among other areas of concern. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, person-centered, and solution-focused counseling.
