These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Crystal Wright. We don’t pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.
Crystal gives me my space but is also there when i need her. she understands what i need even though we’ve never really met. it’s amazing. i’m learning about surrender and she’s the best teacher.
She shows true caring and compassion in a fashion that prevents the heart from crashing
So far so good. Seeing improvement in my life and appreciate some help.
I genuinely appreciate the way she's able to appeal to my more logical way of processing information and emotions
Crystal is the best counselor I've found in my life long battle for mental health. 10/10
I feel like my feelings and needs are heard. She always has the right thing to say, and checks on me regularly. To say I need her, is an understatement.
Crystal is very understanding, and knows when to talk and when to listen. She’s helped me see things in a different perspective and that’s helped me out in a lot of ways. I am being given all the tools I need to improve my mental health and it’s a wonderful experience.
Crystal has been very helpful. She has listened when I needed and sent me great articles and homework.
I felt an instant connection with Crystal. When I talk to her, I don't feel like I'm talking to a therapist, I feel like I'm talking to someone I trust. I couldn't be more happy with Crystal and her knowledge and help. She is incredible and she has already made a huge impact on my life.
Crystal has been an amazing help to me during this past year. She has helped me come from a dark place that I never thought I’d return from. She also helped me realize that I had ADHD and that changed my life. Thanks to her I understand myself more than I ever thought possible and am now receiving the proper medication. Sadly I just lost access to my health and benefit funds and can no longer receive treatment until I get my current finances taken care of. I wish BetterHelp allowed me to message her to let her know of what is happening, but they won’t allow any messages while my funds are on hold. Thank you for everything you’ve done for me and I hope to be in a session with you again soon!
I have only just started on my journey, but she has already gotten me started in the process of healing and thinking of coping techniques. Discerning between healthy and unhealthy ones! She’s great and professional.
Crystal Wright has made such a huge impact on my life. Never has anyone been so supportive or given me such a safe space to open up and be myself. Anyone would be lucky to have her as their counselor! She was made for this job.
Crystal has been such a big part of my life believe it or not , I’m such a little matter of time she has helped me choose wiser decision making for the sake of my own good , she understands my needs and tries her best to make me feel comfortable, I feel like I can talk to her about anything and she will give me the best advice . I usually am a type of person that doesn’t believe in therapy and such things but better help with crystal has helped me drastically. Not only mentally but physically I can feel my body not being under stress as much as I was before . Talking to crystal when I don’t have anyone else to share my deep thoughts with makes me feel great to have such a great system . And we usually just text so it’s not like she forces me to video FaceTime or call , I’m comfortable with just texting and she’s amazing and replying back at good timings. Definitely would recommend her to anyone who may need advice or just someone to talk to . She’s really nice and thoughtful of one another . Thank you better help for this amazing opportunity to get my mindset straight on how to better handle real life situations.
Crystal had been great at helping me to understand my own actions / the drivers for my own actions.
I feel very comfortable talking with her about everything that it on my mind which helps the sessions to become highly productive from my perspective.
She seems so knowledge & so kind!
Crystal has been such a help to me and I truly have appreciated speaking with her - kind, doesn't judge, a great listener, makes you feel at ease, empathetic. I feel I now have a much better perspective on who I am and where I would like to get to. And how I can hopefully try and get there. I would highly recommend working with Crystal.
My therapist is empathetic, knowledgeable, supports my growth, is available outside of sessions and is also caring. She’s helped me when things were really tough during the realization of covid and so many life changes. I realize no single type of therapy is a magic bullet for my problems, but it helps to have had her there to help me sort things out.
Crystal is amazing! Talking to her is like talking to a great friend who understands you, supports you and wants you to thrive! She's really helping me to get to know myself better and to cope with my anxiety!
Crystal is awesome. She is a great listener, respectful, friendly and thoughtful. She is knowledgeable and shares helpful material/resources with her clients.
It's my first time in therapy so I was extremely nervous but when I met Crystal she made things a lot easier for me. She is very welcoming and you wont feel judged, very professional but also very caring. She try to explore options with you so you can work out things together in the best possible way that applies to you. I'm really thankful that she's the therapist I'm matched with.
Crystal has been my rock during an extremely difficult time in my life. She’s been compassionate, empathetic, and understanding when I have barely had any confidence in myself. 10/10 would recommend Crystal for anything, she’s a great listener and an awesome person!
I feel like this therapy has been very beneficial to me.....I have had previous experience where I did not connect with the therapist, and that was always disappointing (and not very productive.)
Crystal is very supportive, caring, and considerate in her words of advice. I greatly appreciate the evident passion she has in making a difference in people’s mental health.
A lovely person that really cares and looked after me. Listened to me and gave me strategies. Thank you
Initially I was unsure, but Crystal have provided insights, methods but also allowed me to think and have thoughts which have been useful to me and rectifying issues I am having. She has provided options and multiple ways to deal with aniexty, self issues. She also checks in often, which I am surprised but appreciate and allows me to express how I am, but more so verbalising and allowing me to understand where I am at and where I am to go.
Crystal is really empathetic, is a really good listener and is always spot on in her responses. She focuses on the most helpful things to try to make a tangible difference in the short term, while also focusing on long term goals. She's very emotionally intelligent, and easy to talk to.
I feel that I can finally talk to someone about what's going on with me without being punished, put down, dismissed, etc., and it's making all the difference in my life.
I have only had a few sessions with Crystal, but I immediately felt relief and like I was heard. She really provides great advice and is helping me understand myself better and what works for me. I’m so happy with her as my therapist!
Crystal opens is a very good counsellor
She is very professional and knows what she’s talking about! I’ve been in therapy a few weeks with her and she has helped me a lot! I would definitely recommend her 10/10
