I acknowledge the courage and motivation it takes to seek support and work on a more fulfilling and happier life.

Hope, safety, and healthy relationships (first with oneself and then with others), lead to healing and mental wellness. The process is attained through connection, reflection, and foundation. The primary goal of is to help you identify and cope more effectively with problems in daily living and to deal with internal conflicts to achieve more satisfying personal and interpersonal relationships. This purpose is accomplished by 1. Establishing healthy rapport, connection, and attachment in a nurturing and safe environment. 2. Increasing personal awareness of obstacles and strengths. 3. I’m new to therapy or counseling and I feel like I’m off to a positive start with Crystal. She has provided me with a safe place to understand habits and triggers that cause me to create more stress in my life. By helping me work on and improve my awareness and adopting healthier coping skills, I feel some confidence that I can take better care of my mental health. I’m looking forward to working with her.
