Crystal Rayne Fulton, LPC
About me
I’m Rayne, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC) dedicated to helping people find healing, balance, and renewed purpose. At the heart of my practice is a belief that transformation is possible for everyone. Whether you’re navigating addiction, trauma, stress, or major life transitions, I offer a safe, compassionate space where you can process emotions, rebuild confidence, and move toward the life you want to live.
My approach integrates faith, psychology, and holistic wellness to address the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. I draw from evidence-based modalities including CBT, MBCT, ACT, SFBT, MI, and TSF, and I also bring the tools and mindfulness practices I’ve developed as a life coach and Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200).
My passion for this work is deeply personal. Having experienced my own journey through addiction and self-doubt, I understand how painful—and ultimately transformative—the healing process can be. By God’s grace, I’ve found restoration, and that experience continues to shape how I walk alongside others in theirs. My mission is to empower you to develop healthy coping strategies, strengthen your relationships, and reconnect with your sense of hope and purpose.
I specialize in working with individuals who are managing co-occurring disorders, and I strive to create a nonjudgmental, inclusive space for clients of all faith backgrounds—or none at all. My goal is simply to meet you where you are and support you in becoming the healthiest, most authentic version of yourself.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of North Texas and a Master of Science in Addiction Counseling from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. I am also a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and a proud member of several professional organizations, including the American Counseling Association (ACA), NAADAC, TAAP, AACC, Phi Kappa Phi, Alpha Eta Honor Society, and Yoga Alliance.
