About Me
Every individual has unique experiences, perceptions, and ideals. Thus, therapy needs to be a very individualized and unique process. Working from a strength-based perspective, my goal is help you achieve your goals by identifying and utilizing your personal strengths and abilities. You will find me warm, empathic, and respectful.
I am a licensed therapist in both Idaho and Nevada with 20 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families. I work with a wide variety of challenges and issues including, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, relationships, self-esteem, and trauma.
It takes a great deal of courage to engage in therapy. I look forward to working with you!
