Hi there! My name is Cindy and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 25 years of experience working in the behavioral health field. I have worked with clients who have experienced depression, stress, coping issues, relationship issues, couple and family issues, work stressors, and daily stressors of life. I have also helped people who have anxiety, grief and loss, as well as emotional abuse.
My style of counseling focuses on YOU. I enjoy learning about you, and being interactive with you. I believe in building trust together and working on the things that brought you to see me. The client/therapist relationship is extremely important, and I believe in building trust, compassion, and insight. You will be treated with respect at all times, and I will advocate for you.
My counseling approach combines cognitive behavioral therapy with solution focused and motivational interviewing counseling. A treatment plan will be tailored to meet your specific, unique, and individual needs. I will be seeing you in video sessions that will be an agreed upon time (generally 45-50 min in length).
It takes a lot of courage to seek counseling, and I commend you for taking the first step on this journey. I am here to support and empower you along the way.

I look forward to working together!

Cindy has helped me immensely in so many aspects of my life over the past year. I started seeing her at a very low point, and she has helped me gain confidence and find light in areas I have been completely in the dark. She is a solid support in my life that I will continue to rely on. I look forward to her weekly calls in helping me find direction. I highly recommend her services to anyone looking for an amazing therapist.

I've seen lots of therapists in my life, but Cindy is definitely the best. She really understands me and is helping me work on things I didn't even realize I could or should work on. I've made more progress in the past 6 months with her than with all of my other therapists combined. 10/10 recommend.
