Hi! We are all here to help each other. I am glad you are reaching out to for help. I am a Marriage and Family therapist licensed in the state of Kentucky with over 15 years experience. I believe we are all angels with only one wing, we can only fly by embracing each other (Luciano De Crescanzo).
Life is tough at times. I believe that we all do so much better in life with support from loving caring individuals. Some times it is hard to discus our issues and worries with the ones we are closest to, so having someone with listening ear, a loving heart, and a open mind in a therapist/helper is important. I have walked long side individuals of all ages, including children, families, and couples as they found their way to a more balanced and happier existence.
I would like the privilege to walk along side you in part of your life journey. I have been trained in Mindfulness therapy, Trauma Focused therapy, grief therapy, substance abuse therapy, and life transition therapy. My belief is we all get up each morning and are faced with thousands of choices. Doing nothing is a choice. Life is challenging and choices can be too overwhelming at times. Having someone with training to listen, walk along side, and provide loving care can help us get through and be stronger for our journey. I have a belief that we are never intended to be in this world alone and reaching out to each other is how we soar.
I would be honored to walk along side you as you find balance and a happier existence.

Cynthia has been a Godsend, she truly listens to me both verbally and non-verbally, gives solid recommendations and has helped me look at situations from different angles. Cynthia has shared in my grief during a challenging time and celebrated my success as I get back on track. I can't say enough about her ability to quickly connect and offer solutions and resources. Speaking with Cynthia via video is wonderfully convenient and Better Help is an easy-to-use platform. I would recommend both to anyone!

Cynthia has been a tremendous help. Even though I have only been under her care for a few weeks, after my initial session, I felt a strong sense of hope. She helps me to process events (and my actions) and aids me in seeing my choices in a positive light. The negative self talk has slowly dissipated since talking with Cynthia. She has such a friendly disposition and I truly feel listened to. Her constant encouragement and regular check-ins is what sets her apart. I’m forever grateful to have been paired with her.
