Hi! Wow it takes courage to reach out for help. Given the times we are in help is a welcome commodity. I am a Marriage and Family therapist licensed in the state of Kentucky with over 15 years experience. I believe we are all here to help each other when we can. Life is tough at times. I believe that we all do so much better in life with support from loving caring individuals. Some times it is hard to discus our issues and worries with the ones we are closest to, so having a listening ear, a loving heart, and a open mind in a therapist/helper is important. I have walked long side individuals of all ages, including children, families, and couples as they found their way to a more balanced and happier existence.
I would like to walk along side you. I have been trained in Mindfulness therapy, Trauma Focused adult and Child/Parent therapy, grief therapy, substance abuse therapy, and life transition therapy. My belief is we all get up each morning with choices about our lives. Life brings challenges and choices we had no idea we would encounter, but it comes anyway. Having someone with training to listen, walk along side, and provide loving care can help us get through and be stronger for our journey. I have a faith that teaches me to believe that God never intended for us to be in this world alone so he gave us each other.
I would be honored to walk along side you as you find balance and a happier existence.

Incredible therapist. I was skeptical about starting online therapy at first, but I have had a number of positive breakthroughs with Cynthia. Very encouraging, helps me be better, work through trauma, live in the moment, and set better boundaries.
She's on time. always answering. she's unbias. she listens and knows how to make me comfortable to talk out. she's a great therapist.
Cynthia has been a very helpful and patient therapist. This is my first time going to therapy and I’m beyond grateful to get her as my therapist! She is very good at understanding my complicated thoughts, and she helped me to walk out of my trauma.
Cynthia has been a tremendous help. Even though I have only been under her care for a few weeks, after my initial session, I felt a strong sense of hope. She helps me to process events (and my actions) and aids me in seeing my choices in a positive light. The negative self talk has slowly dissipated since talking with Cynthia. She has such a friendly disposition and I truly feel listened to. Her constant encouragement and regular check-ins is what sets her apart. I’m forever grateful to have been paired with her.
Cynthia is fantastic. She has a voice that makes you feel understood and comfortable. I was able to get my teenage son in counseling thanks to her advice and encouragement. If you are lucky enough to get Cynthia, just know you got yourself a good one!
Always listens attentively and helps me comb through my tangled and self invalidating thoughts. She encouraged me to speak up more about my needs, anxieties and how theyre normal to ask nicely for. I thought i was going crazy for believing i deserve some things in the relationship im in. Shes very soothing to talk to!!!!!
Cynthia is the best! I found her to be the perfect therapist for me; wise, caring, and supportive. She applied just the right amount of pressure to get me to where I needed to go. I highly recommend her as a therapist.
Cynthia has been a huge help to my life. Cynthia has provided me with greater introspection by asking questions that really show she can see through my poor ability to explain. I feel she understands me even when I don't understand myself.
Thank you for listening and providing some individual tips, referring to my current concerns, to use on a daily basis.
