I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, self-esteem, relationship issues, family issues (divorce), physical/emotional abuse, ADHD, and other behavioral issues. Furthermore, I have worked for over 12 years in the social work and mental health field as a master level social worker assisting individuals/families in hospice/home health, Long-term care, domestic violence.

My counseling style is client-centered, empathetic, and compassionate, yet very direct and strait forward. I believe in treating everyone with respect, dignity. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma focused CBT, Adlerian therapy, Mindfulness therapy, Motivational interviewing, Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.

It takes courage to open up and seek help, being vulnerable and working through personal issues is no easy feat. I will hold your story with the highest esteem and respect. Change is not easy, if you are ready to take that step I am here to support and empower you.

I look forward to working with you!
