Although I haven’t been practicing with Cynthia for very long, I feel that she is a compassionate and qualified counselor. She is very attentive to my messages and responds in a very timely manner. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending her to a friend or colleague.

I have had one session with Cynthia, and I already feel confident that she will connect with me on multiple topics. That’s so important to me and her nurturing spirit seems to be exactly what I’ve been searching for throughout my years of going to therapy.

Cynthia has genuinely been a breath of fresh air for me, reminding me often to slow down and do kind things for myself. She has listened to my concerns, recommended helpful coping skills for stress, and also laughed along with me, which makes the connection that much more genuine. I’m very grateful to her!
