Overwhelmed? Trouble sleeping? Difficulties with everyday tasks or decision making? New goals you are focusing on? Healing from loss? These situations can be very painful, they are common, especially given all the changes in our world the last two years. Unfortunately, many people are often hesitant to take the time or seek the support they need for themselves, which ends up impacting you as the individual and those around you.
I want to provide you a safe place to navigate through your current phase of life and support you through your growth. I want to help you make those life changes and find those solutions all while enjoying the process as you discover and to begin experiencing yourself in new ways.
Life can pass us by so quickly, especially in times we are feeling distressed. Together you will find ways to manage your emotional pain, deal with everyday life issues as they come up; and to recognize and find meaning and purpose in your work, love life, friendships, family and more.
During my 10+ years as a therapist, I have worked with individuals, couples, & families including First Responders, Military, and Veterans. Together, we have done work to find healing and understanding in difficult situations. I specialize in trauma therapy, sleep enhancement practices, & couples’ therapy. I’ve also spent many years working with those suffering from chronic health issues, grief, and end of life processing. Deciding to seek therapy can be intimidating, but I hope you’ll reach out and see if there’s a connection and we will get started
on your journey together.
