About me
Are you struggling with depression, frustration, fear, anxiety, or overwhelmed by all the life’s demands or simply feel stuck? Are you haunted by wounds of past abuse or trauma, asking yourself how you can make this pain stop? Are you struggling with a poor relationship with food? I have helped numerous people work through their pain and find relief from similar challenges when they take the first step to seek professional help. You will beat depression, anger, hopelessness, and heal the pain of past trauma and bring joy and balance back into your life.
I'm trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy and DBT, some of the most effective treatments for trauma, mood disorders, resistant depression, anxiety, and disturbing memories. I hold dual licenses as a Mental Health Counselor and a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and this enables me to provide holistic counseling that incorporate nutrition as part of treatment of mental heath issues.
If you're looking to get rid of what no longer serves you, I can help. You don't have to live life in pain or stuck. Majority of our clients who suffer from depression, trauma, or eating disorders report improvements within the first few months. I am approved to supervise counselors in the state of Missouri.
