About me
You feel overwhelmed and depleted from being pulled in many directions. You’ve wanted to say no many times but find yourself saying yes instead, fearing that family, friends, co-workers or clients will get angry, be disappointed, or that you’ll jeopardize the relationship. Each time you think about setting a boundary, you feel anxious and then guilty for considering it. You want to live your own life. However, prioritizing your self and honoring your own needs seems almost impossible. At times, you feel stuck, unable to get clear on what you want or focus on your life goals because you have little energy left for yourself. Increasing stress and resentment are frequent undercurrents in your close relationships.
With over 20 years of helping professional women learn the invaluable skill of identifying, setting and maintaining healthy boundaries in their relationships, life and work – I can help you take the first step by giving yourself permission. This is powerful. We will work together to identify your unique blocks to setting healthy boundaries, develop the essential skill of assertive communication and the key boundary language and consequences to set and maintain them skillfully. You will rediscover your power. We will be doing deep emotional work while learning empowering life skills. Your self-respect, sense of freedom and confidence will soar through this courageous journey.
Let’s begin my making you and your wellbeing a priority in 2022. It’s my honor to walk alongside you to a more empowered and happier life. You don’t have to do this alone. Call me now for a free consultation to begin moving forward today!
