I’ve been meeting with Dana for just over a year on this app and she’s been very supportive through this very strange, unusual time filled with its ups and downs. I feel very comfortable sharing with her and receptive to her observations and feedback. Using BetterHelp has been a great way for me to work on myself and feel comfortable speaking freely from the comfort of my own home.
