This was only my second time engaging with a therapist and was very pleased working with my match, Dana. Very relaxed vibe, a great listener and offered good advice! Would definitely recommend.

Dana is an amazing therapist. She's calm and soothing, listens and leans. I feel very comfortable and valued with her.

Dana is great. We connected quickly. I felt really comfortable talking to her and she had great suggestions. She also asked the right questions when topics required probing a little more. I felt seen and heard.

Dana is great! I went into my session feeling very anxious and Dana helped me to talk through things. She also walked me through a few breathing exercises that were helpful. I left my session feeling much calmer and feeling better about things overall.

I have really enjoyed my sessions with Dana so far. I haven’t been in the best place and having the routine now of talking with her has made me feel much better and makes me look forward to my meetings. She is a good listener and I don’t feel judged or scared to tell her how I’m really feeling. I appreciate her time!!
