About me

I am a clinical social worker (LCSW). I have been a therapist for 10 years. Most of my work has been in the military with soldiers and military families. I have helped people with stress, relationship issues, sleep habits, PTSD, depression, and anxiety. I have also worked in an ER setting, schools, and with families.. I got MSW from University of Southern California. I am not an expert on all issues but I can help with any topic that comes up.

As for treatment, I use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and solution focused based interventions. I will try to use any tool to help the client with the issues at hand. It is hard to ask for help. However, the first step is reaching out.

I look forward to working with you.

Daniel is a very thoughtful counselor who take his time to really speak to his patients. He also allows me to come to my own thoughts and epiphanies and tries mindfulness and confidence exercises to help me along the way!
