About me

Hello, I am a dual licensed clinical social worker in Montana and Wyoming. I have been practicing for over nine years and have experience working with adults of all ages. My primary focus has been working with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, coping with difficult life adjustments, and relationship problems.

Life can be bumpy, and I start out listening to clients share about their difficulties they are seeking help for. And then I respond accordingly with methods that are attuned to help with those problems, to help the client feel better and improve their quality of life. Theses clinical responses on my part may come from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, client centered therapy, emotion focused therapy or other methods I have deep experience with. For example, I have a large amount of experience with couples therapy and am well grounded in adult attachment theory and the importance of having trusting relationships, and how to help couples achieve that.

I look forward to speaking with you and begin the path towards helping you feel better.
