About me
Hello,
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Supervisor, LPC-S. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, EMDR trained, TF-CBT trained, and I am a Nationally Certified Counselor, NCC. I have been working in the mental health field for about 10 years. I have experience working with a variety of issues. I truly have a passion for trauma, anxiety, depression, and family/couples issues. I love living out my calling everyday through serving and helping others.
My counseling approach is relational at the core, I believe the counseling relationship is the cornerstone of counseling. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), TF-CBT (Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. My goal is to provide Hope, Healing , and Restoration.
