Daniel has been extremely supportive but also great in understanding my situation and giving me advice in a professionaland friendly manner. I find his insight very useful and try to incorporate how he says to think about situations and anxiety.
Anxiety doesn't go away magically but Daniel has really given me perspective that breathing, mindfulness and journaling can help to reduce all that stress asssocited with anxiety.

Daniel responds in a timely manner, and it's after taking the time to give a personal response not just something generic. What I enjoy most is he chooses a "next step", so I never feel at a standstill.

Daniel is a good listener. He is kind and understanding. It’s been helpful to work together with him to figure out solutions for some of the issues I’ve encountered recently.
