Daniel is a good listener. He is kind and understanding. It’s been helpful to work together with him to figure out solutions for some of the issues I’ve encountered recently.
Daniel does his best to help give you insight into what's going on. It's not just advice on how to fix it, but a process on how to continue to make it better.
He's very insightful and he's the kind of guy I might hang out with as a buddy.
Daniel is a brilliant counselor he is very understanding. And very professional. I have worked with him for nearly 3 weeks and I wouldn't wish for another counselor. He is caring and always makes me feel better after talking with him.
Daniel is supportive, but he also pushes towards goals and growth. He calls it like he sees it, and I value his candor and honesty, as well as his expertise.
I admit I was afraid of who I would be paired with, and meeting Daniel has been the best experience. He has already helped me understand why some things bother me like they do. I will continue to work with him as long as he'll have one. I love this program!
It was a good experience to go in therapy session with Daniel. The whole therapy was goal oriented, it was helpful.
I‘ve always struggled with going to appointments. Although I don’t have to pay in Germany for mental health care, I choose to use BetterHelp because it’s easier for me to have counseling sessions and I can be in the comfort of my own home! I am very happy with Daniel Merchant's help so far, I feel very understood, and for the first time in my life I don’t feel like i‘m incurable. I don’t get treated as if something is wrong with me, moreso that I have challenges I face that can get solved with methods that I am comfortable with. I can totally recommend it, it’s totally worth the money!
I’m already feeling like I have somebody on my side after so long. I never felt like I did before, and I felt alone. I thought I was always going to feel like that, but Daniel changed everything. Thank you for saving me, and for giving me a chance.
