Congratulations on taking the next step toward making positive changes in your life. I'm a Vermont licensed mental health counselor. The foundation of my approach to counseling is my belief that every person is capable of learning, growth, and change. My role is to offer skilled support and walk beside you on your journey. I use evidence-based strategies like mindfulness, CBT, and DBT to help people with anxiety, depression, work, home-life, and relationship issues.
