My name is Daniel Quintana, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California. I have over 6 years of experience working with women, men, couples, adolescents and teenagers, and families. My work experience ranges from helping individuals on issues of anxiety, depression, self-esteem, substance abuse and addiction, intimacy in relationships, sexuality, gender identity development, grief/loss, and trauma.
My style of therapy is collaborative, empathetic, non-judgmental, compassionate, and authentic. Daniel is an excellent problem solver and always knows EXACTLY what to say and how to say it. Daniel is very knowledgable and hands down the best therapist I have ever had. He really pays attention to what you’re saying and is extremely effective at taking this information in and working with it to really help you out. I would recommend Daniel to anyone!
Daniel has been amazing in helping me through the things I wished to address in therapy. I have found myself to be so much more at peace thanks to him.
