About Me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) that has been working in the field of trauma and addiction for 3 years. I am passionate about helping others to heal from their traumatic experiences and gain a life worth living. I have experience working with depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar personality disorder, borderline personality disorder and substance use disorders.

My strength as a therapist is the empathy and authenticity I bring to the table. It is important that my clients know and feel that they are in a safe place where they can reflect, learn, and grow without judgement. The therapeutic approaches that shape my style are cognitive-behavioral, dialectical-behavioral, humanistic, and psychodynamic counseling.

Reaching out for therapy is an incredible step toward long-term change. Einstein's quote, "You can't solve a problem with the same kind of thinking you had when you created it," speaks to the power of an outside perspective. I am looking forward to working with you, providing different perspectives, and helping you to find the power within yourself to move toward the change you are looking for.

I have been seeing Danielle for about 9 weeks now and my experience has been nothing less than amazing. She listens intently when I am expressing my concerns and feelings and offers her advice and ways of coping. Especially during this time, her help has been my rock and is helping me through some very tough times.

Working with Danielle for these last couple weeks has truly been helpful. This is my first time ever doing any sort of therapy so I was nervous about it at first but I will definitely say with her patience and understanding it has already proven to be a very worthwhile experience for me.
She has provided me with very logical steps towards working on my own Mental Health and giving me tools to start working through what will probably be a difficult Journey. However, I have felt more hope then I have in a very long time!
I am very much looking forward to continuing my sessions with her and working towards the ultimate goal of always striving for a good state of Mental Health.
