Hello I'm Danielle.

I understand that at some point in our lifetime we all experience emotional difficulties that impact on our daily lives. This can cause us problems that we struggle to overcome on our own. therapy can help you identify problems, build resilience and regain control of your life. I place great emphasis on working collaboratively with my clients, providing a safe, confidential environment to work through their difficulties. I use various therapeutic approaches based on the problems you are experiencing and what works best for you.
By working together in therapy i can support you to process any past traumas, gain insight into what you are experiencing, develop an understanding of your thoughts & feelings, resolve conflict, identify thinking errors and problematic behaviors and form resilience and coping strategies.
