After graduating from Boston University School of Medicine, I went on to practice as a clinician in an inner city community health center. My time at the community health center provided me with a diverse range of experience and clients; the therapy techniques I learned there (Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Art Therapy) continue to play a large role in how I treat my clients today. I employ self-care strategies for all of my clients as the base for improved well-being and reducing stress, managing healthy sleep and eating, daily exercise, pleasurable activities and the use of mindfulness, all of which help us to cope with life transition more effectively. My practice works with children, adolescents, teens and adults using a variety of therapy techniques tailored to your needs. I offer the opportunity to discuss your life stressors , access resources and teach you a variety ways reach balance and emotional healing.

Danielle is amazing! She is very easy to talk to and understands me completely. She provides great advice and solutions when I need them. My sessions with her at the highlight of my week. Highly recommend!
Danielle is an outstanding therapist who has helped me a lot. She is easy to talk to understands the way I think.
Danielle was an amazing therapist I unfortunately had to change because I moved states. She truly understood me better than I did myself. Would recommend.
I've thrown a lot at Danielle and she handles my concerns professionally and appropriately. I appreciate how open and honest she is with me, while also being sensitive and empathetic. She's an incredibly grounded person and we've touched on so many topics together, like Mental Health, Relationships, Coping Strategies, and Self-Forgiveness Strategies. We've communicated with each other in so many different ways through Art Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and we've talked through texts, phone calls, and video messaging. Danielle is a great Therapist because she communicates to each person in their own language to the best of her ability.
Always there when I least expect it, she always listens and gives amazing advice. Have mad respect for what she does!
My experience with Dr. Ciraulo has been extremely beneficial so far. She is quite gifted at listening, getting to the deeper point of what I'm feeling, saying, etc., and recommending further contemplation and action. She has been helping me on a number of fronts - personal matters, work matters, general mental health. I cannot recommend working with her enough!
Forced me to dig deep and do the hardwork I've been avoiding in such a gentle and understanding way. I felt encouraged and heard every time we spoke and got a breakthrough.
Danielle has been a life saver. I came to her after a traumatic event. That event was the precipice for a major shift in my family dynamics. She has been supportive in all ways. Offering advice and help, but I've never ever felt she was lecturing or talking down to me. She has truly made a huge impact in my life. My ability to look at a situation more broadly and calmly has been one of the biggest successes. Drawing/creating boundaries where I was not able to before. I am still a work in progress, but with Danielle's support and guidance I know I can get there.
Working with Danielle has changed my life. I've learned countless new skills including mindfulness, ways to manage my diet and self care, ways to approach difficult conversations. I wish I could give her more than 5 stars
Danielle has been my therapist for about a year and a half. She has guided me through one of the toughest years of my life and I am the most capable and confident I have ever felt. She prioritizes scheduling sessions, checks in regularly, and squeezes in a last-minute appointment if needed/an event occurs. Danielle has provided me with many resources to utilize and tailors suggestions to my needs and interests. She is compassionate, empathetic, genuinely listens, and it is clear she cares about her clients and is very educated in her field. I am so thankful Danielle was matched as my BetterHelp counselor, she has helped me change my life so much just in the brief time I’ve been her client.
Although I've been infrequent with my logins to Better Help, Danielle has made a valiant effort to stay in touch and make sure I feel supported. She is empathetic and helpful and I really appreciate the suggestions she makes as well as activities in which she engages me to help with my situation. She is a valuable counselor.
Danielle gives me concrete things to work on. Things that I can take with me into my daily life. I have been implementing these things and have seen improvements with different aspects of my life. I still have a lot to work on but I feel confident Danielle will continue to provide me with tools to use.
Danielle has been an amazing resource that has really helped me overcome my concerns about therapy and really make tangible change in my life.
She is amazing! I feel so supported and understoof
Danielle is a caring, compassionate and knowledgeable counselor. I strongly recommend her.
Danielle Ciraulo is wonderful, very helpful advice and straight to the point. I like the concept of better help that you can get help anytime anywhere.
Danielle is amazing. She is professional but also grounded in the real world. She is extremely knowledgeable and very relatable. She is super supportive and gives great insight. She guides you in the right direction ensuring you understand every step of the way. I appreciate her ability to partner with me back to wellness. I would be lost without her and highly recommend her to anyone. She responds quickly and goes above and beyond to ensure we have enough time to talk every week. I am so happy I found her. She has truly helped me grow so much in such a short period of time. I love having her as a therapist, and, if you are lucky enough to have her help, you will not be disappointed!
I’m really glad I’ve met Danielle during my time of need and she has definitely made me feel a lot better.
I really enjoy seeing and speaking with Danielle each week. Even though this therapy is through an app I feel like I’m sitting office talking to her. She makes me feel comfortable about my issues and gives me great guidance. I’m very weary when it comes to new therapist but I have really appreciated our 30 minute sessions.
