About me

After graduating from Boston University School of Medicine, I went on to practice as a clinician in an inner city community health center. My time at the community health center provided me with a diverse range of experience and clients; the therapy techniques I learned there (Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Art Therapy) continue to play a large role in how I treat my clients today. I employ self-care strategies for all of my clients as the base for improved well-being and reducing stress, managing healthy sleep and eating, daily exercise, pleasurable activities and the use of mindfulness, all of which help us to cope with life transition more effectively. My practice works with children, adolescents, teens and adults using a variety of therapy techniques tailored to your needs. I offer the opportunity to discuss your life stressors , access resources and teach you a variety ways reach balance and emotional healing.
