About me

***Please note: I am only available M-F before 4pm.

I am a licensed clinical social worker in Texas with over 6 years of experience working as a psychotherapist. I have participated in helping people overcome concerns including life stressors, relationship problems, addictions, disordered eating, ADHD, OCD, anxiety, depression or any other issue that is getting in the way of living and experiencing more peace and fulfillment.

I enjoy challenging my clients by encouraging a space to deepen one’s thinking and increase self-awareness. I am passionate and dedicated in helping others have the life they desire. I believe everyone can heal from anything that they have experienced. Often, as humans we have the tendency to operate from an emotional state of mind, whether we are guided by positive or negative emotions. One of my hopes is to coach others to better differentiate between their two systems, intellect and emotional, that as a species we all share in common. Through a passion for family systems work, I am guided in my experience as a humanistic and strength-based therapist. If you are up for the challenge and open to learning how to be more responsible for your life and function the way you want to function in every relationship then I’m your person.

I look forward to connecting with you soon!

Please note: I do not have any more evening times available, if you are available to meet during the day M-F then please feel free to connect with me.

Danielle has been very instrumental in my recovery from grief and loss and challenges in my family life at home with my children. I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs mental self care.

A few sessions with Danielle were better than any other attempt at getting help thus far. She pushes you (but in a gentle way) and also has really helped me make connections that allow for clearer decision making but also allow the space to feel my emotions as well.

So far, working with Danielle has been great. She is respectful of my beliefs and values, supportive, kind, and very professional. I've only been working with her for a few weeks but I feel like we're on the right track and I'm looking forward to working with her more. I like her approach to therapy and feel very heard and supported in our sessions. I'm glad to be matched with her.
