Working with Danni has been very helpful, particularly in my relationship. She is calm, patient, empathetic, gentle-hearted, and non-judgmental. Danielle is a beacon of light in a world that is all too frequently a sea of despair. She’s one of the good ones out there shining a light wherever is needed. I have been seeing Danni for several months now. She is amazing. She is quick to respond. She also checks in with you to see how you're doing. We pick up right where we left off. I have not had that experience with a therapist before. It means a lot. I was diagnosed with chronic PTSD, panic disorder, general anxiety, panic attacks, TBI and night terrors over three decades ago. I have worked with many therapists during this time. It has been my experience that the ones I have seen I have to repeat my diagnosis, repeat trauma related experiences and they just nod and take notes. They have only wanted to focus on helping me with my anxiety and panic attacks. Sometimes they hand you printouts and that's that. With Danni, she listens and helps redirect me back to the topic or issue we are working on. She helps me focus on one trauma related experience at a time. Her suggestions on books to read, workbooks to work in and reference sheets have been spot on. I have experienced more healing with her help during these few months than I have had with all my other therapists combined. I also have been able to emotionally release the pain, shame and burden I have carried for three decades. For the first time in my life, I am learning to thrive and not just survive.
