My name is Danielle Day and I am a Licensed Clinicial Social Worker. I received my undergraduate degree in Counseling and Criminal Justice at Grace College and Theological Seminary, and my master's degree from Abilene Christian University. Most of my counseling experience has been in mental health and substance use within a community mental health setting. I firmly believe that everyone can change; sometimes we need outside help to encourage us to make the change. My therapeutic style focuses on motivational interviewing techniques, cognitive behavioral therapy, and solution-focused.
Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, addiction, or relationship problems, I would love to help walk you through those difficult problems with you. There is a saying, "a strand of three chords is not easily broken." We must reach out and ask for the help of others in order to help ourselves grow. I look forward to working with you.

I appreciate Danielle’s acknowledgment of my faith and having it at the center of our work together. She’s so kind and thoughtful, I’ve enjoyed starting to work with her.
I have really enjoyed working with Danielle. She laid out a plan right away for my therapy and was consistent and thorough, as well as encouraging and supportive. It was important to me to have God involved in my therapy and she has done a brilliant job of reminding me of where God is in all my dilemmas. I would 10/10 recommend Danielle Day!
