My name is Danielle Day and I am a Licensed Clinicial Social Worker, currently providing biblical, Christian-based counseling. I received my undergraduate degree in Counseling and Criminal Justice at Grace College and Theological Seminary, and my master's degree from Abilene Christian University. I firmly believe that everyone can change; sometimes we need outside help to encourage us to make the change a reality. My therapeutic style focuses on motivational interviewing techniques, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused, as well as incorporating spiritual disciplines in daily routines.
Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, setting boundaries, faith-related matters, and or relationship problems, I would love to help walk you through those difficult problems with you.

She is fantastic and truly got to know me. She helped me build a plan to work through what I was going through! I love her!
Danielle understood my concerns and provided great feedback back. She suggested things to read and listen to that were about the exact points of my concerns. She was professional yet casual in conversation which made me feel comfortable in the sessions.
Thanks for everything
She is very helpful and thoughtful. She checks in on my, if she hasn't heard from me. She keeps me posted about anything that may affect her schedule. Since we started talking. I've felt so much better.
Danielle is very knowledgeable in what she says, and I love the resources I get from her. it makes my journey with anxiety and overthinking easier to navigate.
I can't say enough about Dani! I have been in counseling with her for approximately 8 months and I couldn't ask for a better person to be paired up with! Dani has helped me with so many stressors-trauma, abuse, self esteem, boundaries, isolation, family issues, stress and big life changes. She has been insightful, considerate, caring, and challenges me to do the work, yet is patient in the time it takes me to process what I need to do. She has listened to my fears and has taught me so much about what I can do if I just set my mind to the task. I love that she incorporates the Bible and faith based counseling. Dani has given me the courage and tools to deal with the past, live in the present and look forward to the future (which I haven't done in a very long time!). I will forever be grateful for the understanding and commitment she has shown me in helping me heal!
Danielle is very attentive to my concerns and issues with my mental heath. She is very reliable and even though she may bring up topics that I would rather not discuss, she is able to walk me through the steps in order to become a more healthy individual.
I'm so grateful for the investment of deep thought work and counseling that Danielle has provided. Danielle works patiently yet productively to do the intentional work. We have begun working through some childhood trauma, anxiety, marriage issues, etc. Danielle gives very actionable exercises to work through feelings, accept them as they are, and move forward with helpful tools for successful living. Thank you Danielle!
Danielle has been incredibly patient with me while helping me sort through so many issues! She has created a safe place for me to process my thoughts, as well as offering me solid advice and different ways to approach the issue. For that I am truly grateful!
Danielle is very helpful. It hasn’t been very long. But I have already learned a lot.
I’ve spend a couple weeks in therapy with Danielle and it has been freeing. My issues stemmed from a very hard year of anxiety and overwhelming circumstances in my personal life and work life. She’s worked with me and processed with me through it all. She’s unbiased and has great coping skills on deck.
Very easy to talk to and listens to your concerns.
I appreciate Danielle’s acknowledgment of my faith and having it at the center of our work together. She’s so kind and thoughtful, I’ve enjoyed starting to work with her.
I have really enjoyed working with Danielle. She laid out a plan right away for my therapy and was consistent and thorough, as well as encouraging and supportive. It was important to me to have God involved in my therapy and she has done a brilliant job of reminding me of where God is in all my dilemmas. I would 10/10 recommend Danielle Day!
