As an expressive therapist, I can invite you to connect with your thoughts and feelings through use of the arts, like creating images, writing, or selecting music that represents aspects of yourself or your life. Sometimes shifting away from verbal conversation can have a profound impact on the way you see things. Of course, if you just want to talk, that’s fine too!
I typically read and respond to messages at least once per day Mon-Fri and I have availability for 30-min live chat or phone sessions. If you prefer video sessions, you can change counselors by logging in to your account, clicking on the icon in the top right corner of the counseling page, and choosing "Change Counselor" from the drop-down menu.
