I am licensed both in North Carolina and Florida with 8 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & depression.
You will find that my therapy style is warm and interactive. While I operate out of compassion, I understand and utilize the value of challenging and encouraging you along the way. I incorporate CBT, solution-focused models and DBT skills to manage your needs and decrease negative emotions and thoughts.
